We have been engaged in silk farming since 2016, our goal is to revive the tradition in a modern form in Hungary. In 2018, we founded our own mulberry plantation, where we take care of nearly 400 trees, since the silk moth grows exclusively on mulberry leaves. Our vision is to produce silk using ethical, animal-friendly methods, so the butterflies do not die. Silk production is a sustainable process where all by-products are utilized, so we offer a waste-free solution.

Our first product is raw silk, which can be used as a lining for luxury goods. Our innovation is the silk protein extracted from the silk cocoon, which is known in the cosmetics industry and is a new biotechnological solution in food preservation. Furthermore, butterflies that die naturally are used as insect protein, which we deliver to pet food manufacturers.

According to our philosophy, sericulture is carried out with high added value, using unique and innovative methods, in line with the "less is more" principle: we produce less in quantity but higher in quality in a sustainable way. Our goal is to bring back tradition and create a new industry.
